Would these two gathering prof for a a alt make good gold fast? The class i would make it with would be a shammy. Would there be another class better for the job, another than a druid which i already have. Comment me please

No lie, shammy would b a good choice. Cloth wearers (priest, lock, and possibly mage) might take awhile 2 kill the crap. If u were a hunter, track abilities would get in the way. Tanks (war. and pallys) would be good at it as well. It's really just a matter of personal opinion.

Also, depends on your relams AH status on what u are trying 2 sell.

I use that combo, and I really like it. At least on my server, it's a fairly decent moneymaker, even at my level. It also allows me to have ore for Jewelcrafting or Blacksmithing stuff and herbs for potions when I need that stuff. I do suggest having a few mods before doing this though, among them are Gatherer and Metamap. Also, there's a website called MapWoW that tracks every type of ore and herb on the map. You'll quickly come to see which tracking you want to have on depending on the type of terrain.

Both can make money.

Fast? Like anything else, it depends on how much time you devote to your gathering skills. Mining levels slower than herbalism, and if you don't devote time to gathering, both can level slower than you character's level. You can find yourself out of synch between the three fairly easily, and find yourself in zones that provide little or no herbalism experience while at the same time being unable to mine because the ore is too high a level. ...or, you could get the opposite. You need to be able to balance the three in order to make money.

As far as class goes, ANY CLASS CAN PICK UP GATHERING SKILLS. Class does not matter a single solitary bit. Tauren have a racial trait of +5% herbalism, so race might make a (very slight) difference. Class certainly does not.

Yes i know any class can pick it up, but as a druid you can go or used to be able to stay in travel form at lower levels and pick them faster and move place to place without demounting mounting etc i dont know if a shammy wolf form can do the same
