Does anyone know of some nice cloth armour that boosts Arcane magic around the same level as the Azure Silk range? (Adds 7 or 10 to frost spells, depending on the item)
There isn't any I'm afraid. Low level +arcane damage armour would be limited to random green drops, and for that you will just have to surf the AH. Tbh I'm not convinced it is a good idea to focus on +dmg armour in the 20/30 level range. Instead get a lot of +int armour.
