I have leveled my BS to 150 and can't get past that. I am in stormwind and can't find BS trainer.

There are two trainers you can visit for further BS training, one of them is in Ironforge.

Above are good answers, in the future use the search feature on this site for some help especially for trainers (we have a list of trainers: skills, whereabouts etc can be found)
