I have a lvl 69 druid main with herbalism and skinning.

I have a priest alt with lvl 150 LW and lvl 190 alchemy.

I want to keep the alchemy, but should I keep LW?

The problem is that I can't use the BoP stuff form LW on my druid.

I was thinking of picking up enchanting.

Drop the leatherworking, it is useless to a cloth wearer.

Pick up any gathering profession to make some gold.

I don't need gold, I have two gathering on my lvl 69 druid.

I picked up LW to help my druid, but it never panned out.

In addition to Enchanting, I was thinking of tailoring, but the thing it will be a LONG time before I lvl up my priest all the way, so I'm not really going to use it for her. Making bags and stuff would be cool however.

Basically, what is the most advantageous crafting profession besides alchemy to have on non-70 lvl character in order to suppliment a lvl 70 druid?

Thermalnoise usually gives very good advice. It would also be helpful to know what level your priest is.

Your druid will never be able to use any of the BoP items that your priest will eventually be able to make, whatever profession you choose. So, you can choose enchanting in the hopes that one day you will level it high enough and be lucky enough to get that rare recipe to enchant your druid's weps with. But be prepared to spend great sums of money and a good deal of time getting there.

Or you can take on one of the other crafting professions and sink money into leveling it so that one day, when you level your priest high enough to max level your crafting profession, you might be able to make something your druid can use. That's a long way off, though, unless your priest is already in the mid-levels. Moreover, there is still a flaw in this particular plan.

See, here's the thing - with your money you can buy any crafted item you want, not limited to only one profession as you would be if you took up a craft of your own. You could buy the enchant you want for the druid without having to wait to level enchanting or hope you are lucky enough to get the recipe you want. Just look at some of the enchanting posts and you will see how difficult it is to level enchanting over 300. You could also buy any BoE item you could make, and any BoE item any other crafting profession can make.

Now, if you are already making piles of money, then go ahead and think about enchanting or jewelcrafting and have fun. But, if you are merely "comfortable," then think about gathering for even more money and then just buy whatever you want.

until you have enough money to afford anything you could use (I assume that you will be working towards epic flight form, so that is kinda unnecessary to get your flying mount + epic flying mount skill), but if you really want to have a secondary profession why not do mining+jewelcrafting, sell any extra ore that you mine that you can't use or prospect it.

I would either take Herbgathering with this character also, so you can farm as you level, simply for convenience sake. That or mining to sell the ore. Another good idea may be to take enchanting for the sole purpose of disenchanting greens, as the mats will always sell better than the item itself(notice that is for greens only). I would also strongly resist the urge to purposefully raise your enchanting skill or you will never have money, you are much better off farming Primals and selling them in the AH and buying your enchants.
