Thermalnoise usually gives very good advice. It would also be helpful to know what level your priest is.
Your druid will never be able to use any of the BoP items that your priest will eventually be able to make, whatever profession you choose. So, you can choose enchanting in the hopes that one day you will level it high enough and be lucky enough to get that rare recipe to enchant your druid's weps with. But be prepared to spend great sums of money and a good deal of time getting there.
Or you can take on one of the other crafting professions and sink money into leveling it so that one day, when you level your priest high enough to max level your crafting profession, you
might be able to make something your druid can use. That's a long way off, though, unless your priest is already in the mid-levels. Moreover, there is still a flaw in this particular plan.
See, here's the thing - with your money you can buy any crafted item you want, not limited to only one profession as you would be if you took up a craft of your own. You could buy the enchant you want for the druid without having to wait to level enchanting or hope you are lucky enough to get the recipe you want. Just look at some of the enchanting posts and you will see how difficult it is to level enchanting over 300. You could also buy any BoE item you could make, and any BoE item any other crafting profession can make.
Now, if you are already making
piles of money, then go ahead and think about enchanting or jewelcrafting and have fun. But, if you are merely "comfortable," then think about gathering for even more money and then just buy whatever you want.
