I'm new to the game and i just got Skinning and Mining, i want to change mining to obtain enchanting, can i drop mining? and where can i do it. Thanks

If you open your tradeskills page, there is a small circle with a line through it. If you click that it will allow you drop mining. You will be prompted before you do it to confirm.
