I have my sights set on eventually making myself the 375-BoP Primalstrike set
within the Elemental speciality. (I'm a feral druid.)

Nobody answered my followup question which is this:
What if I don't currently have a specialty to first "unlearn?"
Can I visit this Soothfancy and read the Elemental book to learn it as my FIRST specialty?
Seems too good to be true, so it probably is. : /
