? regarding TS>300Follow

I've read the sticky, searched the forums, haven't found my answer.

What skill level do you need to be to get the cap raised to 375?

IE: Apprentice goes to 75, but you can train journeyman at 50.

Can you also train to be master at 275?

I know about the char level 50 requirement.

This question pertains to Jewelcrafting and Cooking specifically.
