Any advice on the best locations for truesilver deposits???
You are correct about the truesilver commander's ring being a sellable item, everyone's usually selling it, but I'm willing to undercut in order to sell mine. I just can't afford to be buying truesilver in the quantities I bought mithril in...I have leveled my mining to 230 (God Bless The Badlands) so I'm now ahead of the curve...I need to get the 81g for my mining skill, and jc isn't getting me any money at this particular point...I sold a bunch of Moonsoul Crowns and Jade Pendants of Blasting for good coin, but these items aren't selling for any real $$$
If I can find a good zone chock full of truesilver, everything else will fall into place. I'll level my JC...sell anything I can't use for JC lvling to get the riding skill.
On an unrelated note...I want my druid to have a wolf as opposed to a kodo...how can I get exhalted with Org?? And will I have to be lvl 60 in order to ride the wolf since it's not my racial?? Also, will I be able to get the epic wolf @ 60 even though I've only had the kodo? Or will I have to ride a blue wolf prior to being eligible for the purple?
Wow, so many questions. Okay, first off I found Arathi Highlands quite decent for Truesilver, which IIRC is the rare form of Iron. Around the Stromgarde Keep, there were normally either Truesilver or Mithril veins.
On the subject of mounts, you're right that you need to be at exalted rep level to get mounts from factions other than your own. No, you don't need to be level 60 to ride the level 40 mounts, even from other factions. The only requirements are money for the skill/mount and exalted rep level.
You also don't need to buy a 40 mount from the faction to buy the 60 one. You still only need the cash to purchase it (and the skill level) and the reputation level.
On the alliance side, I've noticed a fair few druids that don't bother purchasing the mounts until 60 - they just use cat form to travel until then.
