Where the hell do I go to train higher? As soon as I hit 150 I was like ''wtf?'' cause the trainer was maxed out and i know there is first aid over 150 i just wanna know where to train for it

Hi, go to the auction house and buy a first aid manual. Its the only way you can level up in first aid, fishing anf cooking.
Man, if only the trainers told you where to go when you hit that level...
Like if they said something like "I hear randomguy holed up in randomplace can sell you randomskillbook"...

neesh- My trainer did tell me where to go. She said "I can't train you anymore, but I know that someone in silverwing refuge sells a book to level your first aid."

go to stromgarde keep or what it is called in arathi highlands, go inside, turn right when you can, there are some guards(friendly to alliance)and just turn right when you get inside, go over a little bridge, when you are one the other side of the bridge turn left, there is a guy that sells a book to increase you first aid skill.
