I have been looking all over trying to get this plan does anyone know where it has a good drop rate or anyone who is selling the plans on the Kel'Thuzad server.

Thank you for that but I have already seen that page. I was really looking for some actual game experience from players that have found the plans, and what mobs that they have found them on. I have killed lots of the ones mentioned on the steel weapon chain page.

I finally got this for my warrior after camping the AH for about 6 months. Just get in the habit of searching for it every time you are at the AH, and it will come along. It wouldn't hurt to keep some gold on an alt (most your willing to spend on it), so it doesn't pop up one day for 20g and you only have 15.
I'm assuming its the recipe your after, but if its just the effect there is a nice set of Epic BOE plate gloves that are immune to disarm (Steelgrip Gauntlets).
