Anyone know if it is possible to enchant a low level quest item with a level 35+ enchant, assuming the quest item has no level required?

oooh. that is a good question. I want to think that the item level is = to the quest level.

You cannot, I've tried it before (unless something has changed)...as a side note you also cannot put armor patches on quest rewards that are "lower level" than the patch allows.

If you'll notice on the item descriptions on Alla, there's 2 different levels listed, one is the level required to use the item, the other is the item's effective level.

A perfect example is Corpsemaker, it requires level 29 to equip, but is a level 35 item, making it enchantable.

All items have an item level, even quest rewards which don't have a listed required for use level.

Great example, also I did not know that it depends on the actually Item Lvl, although I checked up on the Corpsemaker, and the item lvl is 34

But this is good knowledge for the future.
