well i decided to get enchanting and its 218 and im level 49 and all the mats i need are eather to expensive for me or the instances the greens drop in are too low, so what do you think i should do?

Go to the AH and buy cheap items to DE into the mats you need. Sell any mats you don't need. You'll level Enchanting and make a profit while you're doing it.
If you depend on instance greens, and they’re too low for you, then you’ll just have to get higher level to go to the higher instances.
Alternatively, use your enchant skill to make money then buy other greens from AH.

About this. Back when my little warlock was still 10ish I got my enchanting to 60 doing nothing but DEing. but at 60 it sudely stopped, It doesn`t matter how many or how high the things are they just aren`t leveling my enchanting ='(
Some help or confirmation on this would be nice.

Yes, you will stop gaining level from DEing in like 60ish. So start do some enchants instead. :)
I did. Thx for the confirmation.
It`s at 150 now ='(
Enchanting is hard to lvl but REALLY worth it.
