It seems now that I can make spell cloth I get asked to make it even tho most have the mats they think I should do it for free even tho it has a cd. What should you charge to make the cloth for them because on my server it is selling for about 50g each. Just would like know what others think.
If you are not specced for spellcloth I would sell the CD for about 10-15g. If they will not pay that use your own mats and sell the cloth itself for 50-60g (what I do anyway).
If you are specced spellcloth I sell the CD for about 50-60g. Because really, I would normally just go farm/buy the mats and make it myself (I am specced shadow) then sell it on the AH and make about 100g.

Thanks, Yes I am spec'ed spell cloth.
I wouldn't sell the cooldowns, farm or buy the mats (under 50g), and you basically get 1 free spellcloth (sell both on the AH for 50g each). Thats basically a free 50g every 4 days, even if you buy the mats. I wouldnt even bother farming the mats myself.
farming the mats really isn't too bad though. If you go to the ghost town in netherstorm I generally get about 6 primal manas an hour. And for farminig fires I get the motes from the fire elementals and from mining. I can generally make a good deal of money, especially because the cost of a primal fire on my server (about 20-25g) and a primal mana (about 20g) would eat up the cost of one of the spellcloth.
