Alchemy LabFollow

I'm looking for an Alchemy Lab I need to make a potion however I can't find it. I'm a 70 lvl warrior with alchemy at 369. I've tried SW and Tinkertown, nothing there. Can anyone help me find this place. Thanks in advance.

There's one in Shatt in the Lower City's NW corner. Go up the ramp into the tree and then across to the other tree.

There's also one in Scholo in one of the end rooms, but that's much harder to get to.
