Im looking for a tailorer that would gladly make me Robes of Arcana for a warlock quest. Just post if you have the time to make me a pair im willing to pay.

Point 1: You didn't say what server you're on.
Point 2: Even if you posted your server, chances of finding someone else from your server here are small.
Point 3: Did you know that Blizz has a forum devoted entirely to your own server?
Point 4: Did you try asking for a Tailor on the Trade Channel?

Point 6: Is it too hard to work out that anyone who has the pattern will NOT sell to someone calling them a Tailorer?

There is no such craft in the game. A tailor makes clothing. As a best guess I would think that a tailor-er would make tailors. Would be a pretty awesome meta-trade skill.
Be prepared to pay quite a few gold for the robe, though. Because spider silk seem to be a quite expensive ingredient. In addition to that, the receipe is not that common, but drops near the tower of Althalax. I can't remember the name of the mobs that drop them, but they are the warlocks with voidwalkers as pet.

Go to Duskwood and farm the spiders there. The drop rate isn't bad.
