I seem to be stuck at 160 enchanting even though the next level cap is at 225. Is this b/c I haven't got an Runed Golden Rod yet (none on AH) or did I miss something?
It should be leveling. If you've made a couple of Orange combines, and it still doesn't, it's time to see a GM. (Have the materials on you to conduct a few more Orange combines to make the case before you open the ticket.)
As for the Golden Rod, they're pretty easy for a Blacksmith to make. Hell, I even have a Smith that has the raw components on him at this moment to make about 40. He'd just need to walk to an anvil. I'd suggest you just ask a Blacksmith on the Trade channel to make you one (for a fee, or a guildie, if you have one with surficient skill on).

The only thing I can think is did you remember to train when you hit 150 because if not if your BE it would have allowed you to get 160, they have a +10 racial. So try talking to the trainer in Stonetalon if you are Horde, especially if you are BE. If this doesn't fix the problem you may have to talk to a GM. Just open a ticket and the GMs are rather quick to respond. Hope that helps.

My bad, yes I'm a Blood Elf. The odd number of 160 threw me. Thanks for your help. I'm now at 300 Enchanting :)
