I have found this site to be the most helpfull and educational WOW wise, I have several toons but my favorite is my 40 Rouge. I have several questions first is where do you get the beautiful banners you use in these posts. As I have said I have a Rouge and I would love to know the correct sequence to use my skills to do the best job, right now i just more or less tap a series of keyes to make things happen. When I started playing I didnt have any info or help and didnt know I needed professions, well my rouge is now pretty old is it to late to start any profession? Thanks again for the great site.

You have to buy a Premium account for Alla. As soon as I finally call it quits on FF11 (I have not played in months, I'm getting my premium account).

It's never too late, but you'll need to invest some time skilling up. Ex: Skinning, you'll have to hit the lv 10-20 areas kill beast, skin them... so on, and on, and on. Then hit the 20-30 areas and repeat.

Then for other profession Leatherworking let's say: You'll take those skins and hope they're enough to get to the next tier skins for crafting.

It can be done, with time, gold, patience. I've always leveled my toon along with a pair of professions, and cooking/1st aid/... not so much on the fishing part tho. It's just easier for me to level while gathering materaials for my profession, then to go back and get them later.

Banners, as in all that writing underneath someone's posts? Tis called a signature and it can be edited when you originally log into your account on the forums. Or user options I guess.

This should really be in the Rogue forum, but what the heck...The combination of abilities that you use typically in a fight will depend entirely upon what spec you are (what tree you have put your talent points into), what type of weapons you have, and in PvP and some PvE situations, your type of enemy too. If you posted your spec then I'd probably be able to help more, but as a general rule..If you're combat using Swords, then you'll want to open up with Cheap Shot, hit Sinister Strike over and over till 5 combo points, maybe use a Slice 'n' Dice, then eviscerate.
If you're specced anything else, like with daggers, then you'll either want to open with Cheap Shot or Ambush, then Sinister Strike till you can Kidney Shot then get behind and let loose some backstabs, but I guess you'll know all about the glory of backstabs already :).

It's never to late to start professions, one of the beautys of this game, if you wanted to put enough effort in, you could start blacksmithing, craft the epic dagger you want, then take up another profession that would let you create consumables (i.e. Alchemy) or something after that...

Hope this helps :)

The banner is not just from having a Premium account, but also using the WoWreader tool and the addon. It then uploads your character's data to allakhazam which can be used to generate the banner.

Oh thanks, I did not know the rest of it. I just read in a few post before that it required a premium account. I'll keep that in mind.

Have you been to the main city yet? Org, Thunder bluff, etc (horde); Stormwind... (alliance) (sorry brain fart, busy at work)

Well inside there, ask one of the guards where the "Bank" is. This gives you 40? slots for free storage, then you can purchase bag slots that you put a bag into that spot and it gives you more storage... the higher slotted the bag, the more storage duh right XD

When you get into crafting you'll have them filled :/ with Dragonscale Leatherworking I got my whole bank filled with all the extra bag space, and all the bag slots filled with good bags :/ Scale of this, scale of that, leather of this, mote of earth/wind/etc. Just so much stuff.

You can also learn new weapons, stop at the Weapons trainer, Hit the Flight master guys for your FP. Also, get familiar with the Auction House (AH). It's pretty user friendly, unlike FF11 was:/
