It depends what you need :)
Generally speaking gathering professions will make money, and crafting professions wil make interesting stuff (but globally you will "lose" money wile leveling them).
This being said:
- if you want to be a money-maker, keep herbalism. At your lvl it's not much, but as soon as you'll hit Outland it will be a serious money maker (assuming you don't need the herbs to skill up alchemy, and even you will soon have too many herbs anyway). By nature the herbs are used to create consumable and therefore the demand is always high. It's just that nbody uses 225-alchemy potions right now, but > 300-alch potions, yes. Enchanting is also a nice money making skill, but you have to be ready to watch the AH a lot. That's something that some ppl like to do and others don't. But the gathering skill aspect of Enchanting is at the AH indeed.
- if you want to make stuff, alchemy is useful, but I'd say not overly so unless you are in a guild who needs one. Paradoxically a lot of the basic pots sell for less than the mats, but rarer potions can be good money-makers, so alchemy is 50-50 in this regard. Since you are a cloth-wearer, getting tailoring probably makes sense too, just have a look at what you can create with tailoring and see if you are interested. The money-making aspect is very limited I think, mostly bags (lots of competition though) and endgame crafted primal cloth.
