Quick question about leatherworking :: Free Realms

I think this may be a stupid question, but if I was to learn dragonscale leatherworking as a rogue, would I be able to wear any of the items that I make since they are all primarily mail items? Since I'm assuming I would not be able to wear them, would my best bet as a rogue be to learn elemental leatherworking? I noticed that tribal leatherworking appears to be more suited for druids and shamans, so I'm not interested in that. Can anyone help?

DS patterns are mail, therefore you can't wear them. Pick elemental, and bear in mind since BC the 'reserved' patterns (specialist-only) for each tree have been reduced, and most are now cross-trainable.

I picked Elemental for my rogue, seems to be the best choice and the first thing you can make is helm of fire, very nice, but now finding all the Heart of Fire(need 8) and Core of Earth is a little tricky.
