My first aid is at 150/150. Where do I go to get the next level? The guys in Ogrimmart and Thunder Bluff are no help. Where else?
You need a book to get from 150-151/225. For the Horde I believe the seller is in Brackenwall Village in dustwallow marsh. It is called Expert First Aid - Under Wraps.
