Money with D/E quicker!Follow

I have been steadily using the D/E money making technique for a while, logging in to my D/E alt every few days and slowly scanning the AH for cheap greens, and it has worked well, gold is increasing gently but I always found it time consuming now that enchantrix no longer works (for the /percentless /bidbroker commands).

The thing that took the time was when the items were sorted by price, they were only sorted by price per page, meaning I'd have to go through each page and buy out the cheapest greens.

I have found a way to speed this up massively (not sure if everyone does this already)!!!
Simply have a look through other professions low level crafted items for those that don't cost much to make and search for those.
People are burning through massive amounts skilling up on these items and are dumping them on the AH in massive quantities!
Last night I managed to obtain 25 x [wowitem=20821]Inlaid Malachite Ring[/wowitem] for 10 silver each (less than vendor price, no idea why) and 20 x [wowitem=30420]Heavy Jade Ring[/wowitem] for 25 silver each.
This only took me about 5 minutes to aquire and another 10 to D/E.
Mats are now up at AH for over 35 gold from my 8g 25s investment, half of them sold within 10 minutes!

Hopefully it will not be just a one off

I don't do this any more (now I only deal in high-end mats), but it's how I got started. There is a constant demand for enchanting mats of all levels. The same principle applies across the board. Buy cheap greens, disenchant them and sell the mats for more than you paid for the greens. Works for all the mats, regardless of level.

Granted, it was a lot easier to work the mats market before the skill level requirement was implemented for DE, but now it just means leveling up to 35 to DE everything in the game.

I have an lvl 10 D/E alt. I log on to him once or twice a day. I buy all of my greens off the AH. And I only deal with items lvl 41 – 45. On the weekends I will make 60-100 gold a week each day. I either buyout the items that are for sale @ 1g10s or less, then I bid on any items with the same bid price. During the week I can accumulate up to another 200-300g. If I spend 100 gold on greens, I am basically guaranteed to triple or quadruple my base cost. It works for me, and feeds my paladin with everything and anything he needs or even doesn’t need. I don’t even use enchantrix or the Auctioneer add-ons. I tried them out, didn’t like ‘em, continued searching and selling on my own.
Since the patch Blizzard has made it if you are selling the same item & the same amount it will save the price and you can put them up one after another. (Slower version of Auctioneer)

It works for me, haven’t found a better way to make money yet.

I'm wondering whether these tricks work equally well on all servers? I'm on frostmane, which I think is older and has more lvl 70s, and I have crap luck in the AH selling anything. Is there anywhere I can go to find out how to make money on my specific server? Thanks!!!
