engineers, what are they good for?Follow

Hello, i am azkanah-44warrior alleria server

I am a 268goblin engineer some people think engineers are useless but they are wrong. Since the new patch seaforium charges are able to blow open chests which comes in handy if you don't have a rouge, also if you don't have a hunter you have dynamite to help you pull agro instead of charging in there. Plus it is also very useful when you are soloing because I like to make the mechanical harvest reapers.

However, there are still some complaints I have about the profit of being an engineer we need to able to make a new type of device which requires no engineering lvl to use (or at least take the engineering requirement off of the healing/mana potion injectors)so if you have any idea's post them here!

I think JC is what Blizz wanted engineering to be. Maybe the R&D just wasn't there. I never earned so much as a copper working to and getting 375 engineering, because everything has that engineering requirement, and even lazy people will buy the mats to make something for the skillup. I loved the gadgets, and I agree there should be items made available with charges(other than what little already is) that anyone can use. Needless to say I deleted engineering and am now a chanter(original)/miner(replaced eng) but with some good improvements it might be tempted to swap back.

Yeah I definately agree. Engineering still has a lot of benefits. It's funny how mining is required for Engineering, Blacksmithing, and Jewelcrafting. It's a very important skill now.
