Alchemy: respec + new recipesFollow

One question: I saw somewhere before the patch that it was possible to go to a guy and give up alchemy spec for 100g, allowing for a respec. Does anybody know for sure whether it's been implemented and who the guy is? It will be a while before I can do the pots or elixir mastery quests, so I was thinking of going for transmute mastery (much easier) and then switch to another spec later on if I don't like it or if my guild needs something else.

And one info: I went to the alchemy trainer yesterday and although I can swear I bought all the trainable recipes before, it had 2 new recipes for me, one of those being Elixir of Draenei Wisdom or something like that (can't remember the name of the other one). Did they come with the new patch?

The 2 elixirs I'm thinking about are:
Elixir of Draenei Wisdom
Elixir of Ironskin

They are quite easy to make and the auction data on allakha starts on May 22 and points to the fact that they might indeed have been introduced in the last patch. All alchemists should go and check at the trainer!

Thankls thermalnoise. I mostly wanted to know if these changes had made it to the live version intact. I can already see that the Elixir of Ironskin has been moved to the trainer instead of the Haala quartermaster, so I'm looking for confirmation that the respec is implemented in the live system.
