I am just wondering at what level can a character disenchant items that are 65+?

im not sure of exact number but if u have a item that high it should tell u when ya can

Character level 35+
Enchanting level 275+

I've come across a few (VERY FEW) items tha need Enchanting level 300 (all of them BoP L70 epics).
