Quick question, is Enchanted thorium still a valid source of income .....
or should i just sell the plain bars? Is it pointless since TBC?

Thx for ur input in advance :)

check your AH, that'll be the best guage.

other than that, i always try to have various sources of income, meaning, i'll sell thorium bars, ore, dream dust, and enchanted thorium.

this works for me because i have characters that can make all these types, no bugging friends or guildies...or strangers.

there are times when that enchanted thorium really commands a lot of gold more than usual.

OH thx i was wondering, u know since TBC came out would it sell decently cause u know i could use it to get my enchanting and mining up and, if they sold like they did Pre-TBC then i would be in good shape.

For skilling up, you still should choose skill-up recipes to use, based on what mats you have, and what takes less mats. So if you can find dream dust and thorium bars easily, definitely use it to gain 5 or 10 points. Eg engineers level up on bullets a lot because the mats should be obtainable and not too much variety required…better than leveling up on guns.

The alternative might be something which requires shards, essences, etc that you don’t have, or that would be better used in the next recipe to gain you another 5 or 10 points.
