Im just wondering if anyone knows a good writup on these, im trying to decide which to go, but i really cant decide based on the few recipies they show you at the trainers..

The few recipes are pretty much an all-inclusive list, unless something has changed since I put my payment plan on hold. Keep in mind that specializing in a particular field will double your cloth yield from that specialty.
