I have been reading on the recipes that can be discovered when using alchemy. I also read that Blizzard has turned off the discovery portion of alchemy due to people taking advantage of a glitch that would allow to learn all the recipes fairly quickly. Is this true?
yes blizzard has disabled all discoveries due to a bug.
the bug was, you could learn discoveries while making potions with full bags. since there was no bag space, no mats would be used, and you could get all the discoveries with no mats cost.

Yeah thats what i read. What sux is, the primal xmute from shadow to water is only learned through discovery. Really wanted something i could do with all the worthless primal shadows i have. I did learn the Major Shadow Protection Potion. But dont know to many bosses that hit with shadow damage.

Yep but I know a few warlocks and shadow priests that do!!
