I've acquired some BoP Blue drops that I really don't have any use for. I was just wondering if it was possible for an enchanter to disenchant through the trade window or if I should just sell them to an npc.
No, you'll have to sell them ~ you can't disenchant through a trade window, unfortunately.
I would sell the blues on the AH. You'll usually get much more money!

BoP blues = Bind on pickup = soulbound = not tradable.
