For a 70 fire/ arcane mage... Tear 4 or Spell clothFollow

I want to get my spell damage. Looking to get spellcloth but tailoring is not high enuff.. I'm on shattered hand.. If you want to help me craft my spell cloth Pst me at Niebor... I was thinking to get my spell cloth set so I get the 7 % bonus spell damage.. and the rest of my gear would be tear 4... I want to get at least 4 pieces of tear four... so I get the presence of mone cool down by 24 seconds .. I can't get both set bonsues.. what se should I go for... spell fire.. and fill in the gaps with my tear 4 ??? some one Pllllz help lol pst niebor... on shattered hand or u you email me at pongster08@gmail.com or always post back on here
