Quick question. Do any of the stat buffs from food (TBC) stack? Or can you only have one up at a time?

Only one "well fed" buff at a time.

You can stack Rumsey Rum with Well Fed. Did it today. That gave me 12 stam with Well fed and 10 stam for Rumsey Rum. 220 extra hit points.
