Bit of a rant I suppose, but if other crafts (with, afaik, engineering - which is due for a 'major' upgrade in the 2.1 patch) get a 300+ Cooldown craft, like nice transmutes, expensive cloths, etc., what did LW's get to upgrade their cured rugged hides? Zip, nada, nowt.

Why are epic cloth patterns available from vendors, and we get nothing?

Other crafters get a specialisation, allowing creation of double items - what do LW's get? See above.

I hardly call the Riding Crop a fair substitute, or the current selling price of Thick Knothide (created by sheer volume of skins), either.

Discuss, Flame, ignore - it's been bugging me since Jan :)

heavy knothide leather and cleft hoof leather should be something you can turn into profitable, even if by itself, it's already pretty good.

i think the way i think about mmorpgs is like this. it will constantly be changing, one of these times, your class or your tradeskill will get the benefit, and you'll be happy or at least, satisfied. till then, let the other skills get their changes, and be patient. don't drop the skill that you find useful, because it may also be better one day.

I agree that the clefthoof leather and goods can turn a fair profit. But don't forget that there is an epic set available that's bop for each specialization of LW. Return to your old specialized trainer when you hit 375 to learn them. My main is a tribal LW, and as such has the Windhawk set I can make. Not as good as some of the alchemy perks, but still nice.
