Is there any way to drop fishing? I opened my character skill screen and chose it but there's no button to unlearn it in the bottom screen. I also tried picking the icon up out of my spell/skill book and dropping it, but no luck. So, any ideas? Thanks muchly.

Since you can learn all three secondary skills, there's no need to drop the skill. You just stop using it.
It's the primary tradeskills that are limited to just two, so that's why you can drop those when you want.
