How to get LOTS of Greater or small eternal essence?Follow

make the level 51-57 items, or help your guildies do instance runs in the 55-60 instances. while the gear they get there may be outdated soon as they hit outlands, it's still fun to go to the instances to show them stuff. and anyway, as long as they're not at max, everything they do will give them experience, so they can do it in a group instead of solo.

when i quested in EPL and Winterspring and Silithus, those zones were high enough level that certain gear would drop in the appropriate level range that you mentioned, and those would d/e into the essences you need also.

Use Echantrix and keep looking in the AH for weapons level 46-50 for Lesser Eternal and 51-60 for Greater Eternal. For the 51-60, Old World items will show that they DE into Greater Eternal, whereas Outlands stuff won't show what they DE into (Enchantrix bug, currently). Just avoid buying the Outlands stuff.

Greater Eternal Essence can be a huge profit generator. Many times I have bought an item for 5-6G and DE'd it into 2-3 Greater Eternals, which on my server for for about 8G apiece.
