I'm probably being stupid and just can't seem to see it, but I've capped my leatherworking at 225 and can't find an npc to raise it. I'm Horde, can someone tell me where I can find an npc to raise my cap to 300?

You can use the left hand navigation menu to find what you want, though. If you scroll down (almost to the bottom) there is a link to a "List of Trainers" -- this is what you need.
