Frustrated ArmorsmithFollow

#1 Apr 21 2007 at 9:23 AM Rating: Decent
I am currently at 271 Blacksmithing and i'm an armorsmith, but i'm extremely frustrated with it. I have to mine thorium to gain BS skill but all of it goes towards the imperial plate. Should i just use the thorium to raise BS until i can use the plans then farm for them?

That's what I'd do, then when you're able to make a certain piece of the imperial set, I'd advertise in the trade channel that you can make it, then people can bring mats to you to have the stuff made.

I've done that in ironforge but people apparently don't use them or just don't have the mats for it. I tried for about an hour and only had one interested who thought i'd supply the mats and not charge for mats...

Unfortunately you probably won't be able to make huge profit with BS in WoW unless you have the ability to craft epic or sought after items. That's just the way it is. I'd concentrate on leveling your skill so you can get the plans from Outlands and start making those. Any pieces of the imperial set you make, maybe stick in AH to try and sell.

Sttck with it, because there are some very nice BoP pieces in later levels, and also pieces that require a certain level of BS to use.

I think the boots are the highest ones you need, i leveled imperial plate boots up to around 315-320skill IIRC.
