The outlands are where to find the trainers that raise skill caps to 375.

Honor Hold in Outlands gotta hit level 58 of course though.

The level 58 thing isn't actually true, you do need to be level 50 to get training beyond 300, but the level 58 issue is for going through the gate, not for leveling to master crafter. If you want to level your crafting past 300 before level 58, you will need to have someone summon or port you to Shattrah so you can run out to honour hold (I recommend doing this naked since I have yet to survive the trip :P)

The level 50 thing isn't true either. I got a guildmate to port me to Shattrath City when I was level 47. She and her husband escorted me to Honor Hold and I got my skinning cap raised to 375. Now that I have my hearthstone set in Aldor inn in Shattrath I can go back to HH to get my herbalism raised whenever I hit 300.
