Hello there, just want to know where i can learn mining from 300 to 375 and engi from 300 to 375 please ? (where are the NPCs?)

The first real base in the Outlands. Honour Hold for the Alliance or Thrallmar for the Horde. There are also probably trainers in Shatt City.
