extract gas for manaFollow

I'm in need of mote/primal mana now to make some explosives, but after i got the gas extractor can i see the gas clouds or do i need another engineerdevice to see them?

You need to wear the Ultra-Spectropic Vision Goggles to be able to see the purple mote clouds in netherstorm. They're hard to see as they are dark purple just like the rest of netherstorm.

The other two clouds (Life in Zangamarsh, and Shadow in Shadowmoon) are visible without the goggles.
