I'm alliance.
I have looked through all of my normal resources for info, and simply could not find (or overlooked multiple times) this bit of info.
I dont see anyone in Exodar & the guy in Shat was for Grand Master.
I tried the list of trainers that Alla has as well as the Tradeskill FAQ, but it does not have any info on the trainer I need. Also, all my JC guides skip this info.
Thank you in advance for any help.
EDIT: is there perhaps a book?

I believe the horde one was in Silvermoon, so the Ally one should be in Exodar. Even if its not, then the trainer should tell you where the next trainer is, most of them do. No, no book.
She's not offering details as to where I should train, even though most trainers generally do.

Disregard this post, apparently one of the trainers was deleted from the game & my skill is in fact 225/300. Problem solved although I dont recall spending any money to boost my cap from 225/225.
