I've been neglecting my enchaning skill in favor of my tailoring, thus it is way behind.

Any guide on the best way to level up enchanting?

Enchant and re-enchant thie things you're wearing. don't bother trying to look for "customers"

For mats, buy things at the AH cheap. Don't buy mats - make them. You'll end up making more than you need to level, so sell the leftovers. You'll make money while levelling your enchanting skill.
