im a lvl 155 enchanter and i went to sun rock retreat to learn my next enchants. hgarth or w/e only had expert enchanting for me to learn. it raised the cap for me to 225 but he has nothin for me to learn. Where do i learn new enchants? btw i went there after capping skill @ 150 freely. my RL friend says i need to get a quest to get to him first but i dont think so. plz let me know. the only other way to learn enchants is formulas but then i still only get certain things and i'd be missing some enchants. thx in advance for help.

When you visit a trainer, there is a choice you can make in the upper right-hand corner of his window. "Show all", "Show all available at your level", and "show all not already learned". You probably have used the second option (it's the default), and you have already learned all that he can teach until you gain more skill. to change the display, just choose another option.
