well i got the trinket right clicked on it and it dissapeared.

Open Character Panel (Press C) and look at your trinket slots (bottom right). I bet it's there =)
In other words, when you right-clicked the trinket in your bag, you equipped it.

OK I looked it up and it is not a trinket. It's a 1H mace that you "call" for 1 hour of use, with a cooldown of 4 hours.
You go hit things with it while you have it. Keep a backup weapon for when it runs out because you can't recall it for another 3 hours afterwards.
