Look in the Auction Hall in one of the main cities. If there are none there, simply type /who mage and start talking -politely- to those listed. Chances are, there are a few alchemists in that group, and if they are over level 15, they can probably make that potion for you cheap.

Don't /w mages. A lot of people are alchemists. First look in the Auction House. If there are none available, ask for them in the trade channel during peak hours. This is a low level potion, a lot of levelling alchemists will be more than happy to sell you some. The reason that it's not available at the AH is probably coz the herbs the potion requires sell for more and is a faster sell than the potion itself. And with alchemy, anyone who is not powerlevelling will have no wastage, unlike other crafting professions. (Potions are consumables). Alchemists don't usually sell potions they make for levelling in the AH, afaik. The ones I know tend to get to 300 naturally simply by making their own buff potions and handing them out in instances.

I've looked in the AH, I've asked on trade channels, I've asked my guild and friends. I hadn't tried forums yet so I gave it a shot. Thanks for the advice and keep me in mind if you ever find one.
