Smelting is often an overlooked part of mining. Can someone please fill in the blanks?

What is needed to smelt:

Type of Ore....Skill level .....Where to learn
Copper............... 1 ............ All Mining Trainer
Iron
Tin
Silver
Gold
Mithril
Truesilver
Dark iron
Thorium
???
???

I need to learn to smelt thorium and can't find where?

I'm pretty sure I learned to smelt thorium at my mining trainer in Ironforge.

I used the one in Ironforge as well but that's only because I was in the Searing Gorge at the time and Ironforge was closest. From what I hear, any mining trainer in the game can teach you to smelt anything you need to, provided you have the necessary skills.
