is it possible to unlearn goblin engineering and switch to gnomich engineering... and if so.. do i lose all my things i've leart from goblin before?

In order to switch you have to drop engineering and rework ur way all the way up to 225 to redo ur specialization. Yes you will no longer get access to ur old specializtions schematics.
