Enchant Weapon - Mighty Intellect
Enchant Weapon - Major Intellect
Enchant Shield - Intellect
Enchant Bracer - Major Intellect
Enchant Bracer - Lesser Intellect
Enchant Bracer - Intellect
Enchant Bracer - Greater Intellect
Enchant 2H Weapon - Major Intellect
Enchant 2H Weapon - Lesser Intellect

Found them all quick and easy, don't want to sound like a smart *** or anything, but if you look to the left under "Items..." there is "Enchantments..." you can find more there.

You won't need as much as you might think. Just get some good stat food and a few mana pots and AOE grind and quest to get to 58 or 60 fast and get to outlands where the plate has spell damage.

Honestly, in my opinion, any piece of gear you plan on upgrading within 2 weeks RL time isn't worth enchanting. As you are level 40, your gear should be changing constantly. Even now (which you can see on my armory gear) I've only taken the time to enchant 2 pieces of gear, though I'm looking into enchanting my chest piece. I only enchant stuff that I know I'm going to keep a while, otherwise I don't bother.

Enchanting items, to me, depends on if you have a character that can do the enchanting or not. If you are buying enchants I agree with Dilbrt. But, if you can do your own enchants, and have the materials laying around for the ones you want - enchant away. I always send new armor and weapons to one of my enchanters [yes I have two] for a handy enchant before I bind them to one of my characters. All it costs is the mail fees.

I'd agree, for the most part. However, there's one exception for me:

Minor Runspeed. This enchant goes on all of my boots, period.
