Switching Professions, suggestions please!Follow

Hi guys, I play a Night Elf Warrior which is level 70 and has Skinning 375 and Enchanting 150, I feel like switching professions, probably dropping both, or just Enchanting. I was almost feeling like going for Mining and Blacksmithing like before, although I'm not sure. I am pretty sure I want Mining to be one of mine, and I don't know for the second.

Would Blacksmithing just be stupid as I'm already 70 and it would just cost me? And if not, tell me what would benefit me and the other way around please.
