Leatherworking...did i miss something?Follow

So I specialized in Dragonscale right? I can make the dragonscale armor did the quest blah blah.......but I can also make tribal and elemental...on top of all the usual dragonscale stuff I can also make Stormshroud, Living pieces, ironfeather, etc. Did I miss something? The recipies no longer say that it requires certain leather working....so Im wondering if I missed something in a patch and specialization isnt a big thing anymore.
