where do i learn lvl 250 + patterns? ive been to darn and all is left if mail and i cant whare it . oh yeh im a 45 human rogue

Well, i'm not positive, but Booty Bay is an option. That's were I got 250 blacksmithing.

I believe that 250+ are mostly dropped so you should check your AH.
