There isn't anything that goes well with Tailoring, as you can get cloth as a normal drop from all humanoids. So you should pick another gathering profession, or Enchanting, as that doesn't need anything, either.

As a tailor I chose herbalism to go with it. Not the greatest choice for me considering I'm a Shaman and I have no need of cloth armor, but the pair of professions becomes very lucrative in the end. Considering many tailoring recipes need herbs and herb bags are rare items and sell for a lot of gold it wasn't that bad of a choice after all. Since you're a warlock tailoring was a good choice for you. I'd suggest that you pick a gathering profession to make money to fuel your tailoring since it can be costly with higher level items, but since your main has a lucrative profession pair already you have more a choice in the matter. Enchanting might be a good idea too. It all really depends on your class and play style.

I took up enchanting. Sure, its a huge money sink if you don't scan the AH for DE fodder, but as a mage, I'll be able to enchant my rings with +12 spell damage each, weapon with +40 damage, and my gloves with +20 damage. As a bonus, there were stretches of tailoring in which I was producing undesirable robes, so the best thing I could do with them was to DE them.

Skinning is helpful at points in gridning up tailoring. More helpful than enchanting until the very end.
